Here you will find some frequently asked questions. If you find that you cant find what you need to know please dont hesitate in contacting us.

  • Do you delivery to my area?
    We deliver anywhere in mainland U.K. Please ask us if you would like delivery elswhere. Delivery is free within a 20 mile radius of Wilton Pickering. Please contact us for courier prices
  • How do you deliver?
    We use courier to deliver to your door. It is kept refrigerated by the packaging throughout transit. We deliver anywhere in the mainland UK, Once you have selected and paid for your box / order you will be contacted to establish a mutually agreeable delivery date and possibly time, so you can ensure your meat is delivered at the most suitable day and time. As you can appreciate with food products care must be taken where the package can be left for collection if you are not available to take delivery. Please read the delivery terms & conditions. You will contacted the day before your order is due to be delivered, including a tracking reference number from the courier company so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Can I have a regular order?
    Yes, we'd be happy to set up a regular order for you. We think this is a great deal and appreciate your custom. Please contact us to arrange. However if you want to order a one off box, or have a delivery now and then, we quite understand, Everyone's requirements are different and we want you to have what suits you.
  • Can I change or cancel my order once it has been replaced?
    If you wish to cancel, change or add to your order then please phone us on 07788 194 038. If your order has already been cut then we may either have to charge for it, or freeze it and send it at a later date when it is convenient for you.
